Free Practice for Self-Love

Breast Massage

On Sharna Southan’s recent podcast, I called this practice “the big guns” of self-love.

So many women say, “I should be nicer to my body” or “I know I should love my body.” But they just don’t know where to start. It’s an up-hill battle in a world that hasn’t always treated our bodies kindly along the way. You may feel at odds with your own body because of cultural conditioning, or because of hardships you’ve faced growing up or in your reproductive years. I certainly felt at odds with my breasts and my body after babyloss. It can be hard to know where to begin healing the rift between body and spirit. Breast massage is the best tool I’ve found.

Practice breast massage a few times a week, and just see if you don’t begin to love your body better.

To expand upon my little demo in the podcast, I’d like to share with you a more detailed practice of taoist breast massage. One video format, one audio format. Type in your email and click “ENTER” to receive this beautiful practice. I offer it with honor for your breasts and your body exactly as you are.

Hi, I’m Kate Carson

In 2012, I lost my baby, Laurel in my 36th week of pregnancy. I’ve since been holding space at Ending a Wanted Pregnancy for thousands of other TFMR moms and dads, fighting for better dignity and safety of abortion care in the USA, and holding space as a somatic love, sex, and relationship coach via the internet. I’m so sorry if you have cause to be here because of your own grief and loss, but I’m honored to meet you on this path.
