Meets every-other Thurs: Jan 27, Feb 10, Feb 24, March 10, Marc 24 from 3:30-4:30pm EST via zoom. Cost of the season of self-work is $285. We will take part in somatic process together with a shared goal of finding PEACE in ourselves and our grief. Some processes are designed to deeply rest and restore you. Others are designed to get emotions moving. We will work on the parts of ourselves that run like broken records in our minds, turning that self-torture into powerful protection that is aligned with your deepest worthiness.
