Jealousy can be an overwhelming emotion. Maybe you’ve been fed lies your whole life about jealousy as a “toxic” or “harmful” feeling, so sitting with it feels dangerous or shameful. Maybe you’re cool with big feelings in theory, but in reality, jealousy feels like it might tank some of your most deeply valued friendships.

Trying to talk yourself out of jealousy doesn’t work. Blaming it for being bad or wrong only increases your suffering.

Try meeting your deepest, darkest feelings right down in the shadow.
